Serving as Primary Liaison to Financial Community
ANN ARBOR, Mich. (Sept. 26, 2006) - Affinia Group Inc., a
global leader in the on- and off-highway replacement parts and service
industry , has named Mark Trinske as Director of Investor, Public and
Government Relations.
"Mark will build and manage relationships with current and potential
investors of Affinia, serving as the primary liaison between our senior
management and the financial community," said Thomas Madden, Affinia
CFO. "Mark will be responsible for developing and implementing
initiatives to manage the flow of key financial information between
Affinia, our investors and the broader financial community."
Prior to joining Affinia, Trinske served as Vice President of Investor
Relations for ProQuest Company, an Ann Arbor publisher of information
and solutions for the education, automotive and power equipment markets.
Trinske has served in a similar capacity for Metzger Associates in
Boulder, Colorado.
Prior to these experiences, Trinske led the start-up and daily
management of Trinske Communications, Ltd. in Lafayette, Colorado, where
his award-winning firm provided Investor Relations counsel and services
to small-cap and mid-market companies nationwide.
A member of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI), Trinske
earned a B.S. in Advertising from Arizona State University and an M.B.A.
from University of Michigan. He also holds a Paralegal Certificate in
Corporate Securities and Real Estate Law from the University of San
Diego.
