Association of Corporate Growth Detroit Chapter to Host Meeting Entitled ''Role of Mergers & Acquisitions in Corporate Strategy'' With Kevin Cramton, Ford Motor Company, on Tuesday, September 26

FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich.--The Association of Corporate Growth Detroit Chapter will host a meeting entitled "Role of Mergers & Acquisitions in Corporate Strategy" with Kevin Cramton, Ford Motor Company, director corporate strategy, 5:30 pm, Tuesday, September 26, 2006 at Glen Oaks Country Club, 30500 W. Thirteen Mile Road, (between Orchard Lake and Middlebelt Road) Farmington Hills, MI.

Cramton will discuss the role of M&A in a corporate structure, a role that encompasses all aspects of corporate growth including alliances, partnerships, joint ventures and divestitures.

The meeting, which includes hors d'oeuvres and cocktails, is $40 for members and $60 for non-members.
