Snap N' Sold Announces New Corporate Name, Trading Symbol and CUSIP Number
BOISE, Idaho--Snap N’ Sold Corp. (Pink Sheets:SNPD) announced today that the Company has officially changed its name to Hot Web Incorporated, pursuant to a previously announced Board of Directors’ decision to redirect the company’s resources entirely to HotAutoWeb and its developing business units. In addition to the name change, the company has received a new trading symbol from NASDAQ and a new CUSIP number. All three changes will take effect on Monday, September 25th, 2006, at which time the company’s shares will resume trading on the OTC Pink Sheets under the new corporate name and trading symbol, HWBI.
