Chip Foose to Headline Automotive Celebration at Unique PerformanceFest Presented by Sam Pack

DALLAS--Sept. 22, 2006--In three weeks, legendary automotive designer and builder Chip Foose will headline Unique PerformanceFest 2006, presented by Sam Pack's Auto Group. The festival will feature classic, current and custom cars, as well as motorcycles with racing displays, vendors and celebrities on Saturday, October 14, 2006, from 10 AM to 3 PM in Farmers Branch, Texas. The event will be held at Unique Performance, which builds Shelby continuation and Foose edition muscle cars at 13950 Senlac Drive in Farmers Branch and will benefit the Progeria Research Foundation and Holy Angels.

"Our goal is to make this year's event the ultimate celebration of all high performance vehicles," said Unique Performance President Douglas Hasty. "With the help of Sam Pack's Auto Group, we've secured timeless classics, vintage American muscle cars, hot-rod legends and motorcycles as a tribute to the freedom of the road."

Admission to the public is free and vehicle registration will begin at 8 AM. Classes are planned for all makes and models of vintage and contemporary performance vehicles including cars, motorcycles and racecars. The show will feature a special corral limited to 100 entrants that will include a private meet and greet with Chip Foose and photo with him. Event data and vehicle registration is available online.
