John Walsh DNA Life Print Kit Child Safety Program for Metro Area Parents and Kids at McInerney's Chrysler Jeep

Free Child Safety Program Saturday, September 23, 2006 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. in Woodhaven

WOODHAVEN, Mich., Sept. 22 -- Metro area kids and parents can start the new school year with a little more sense of safety thanks to a free DNA Life Print Child Safety program Saturday, September 23, 2006 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at McInerney's Chrysler Jeep in Woodhaven.

The DNA Life Print Kit is endorsed by child advocate John Walsh, crime fighter and host of America's Most Wanted.

This program comes at an important time of the year -- back to school time. The DNA Life Print initiative seeks to educate parents and children to ensure child safety.

"We hope parents bring their children to this free child safety program; prevention is the first step in protection. This program couldn't have come at a better time," said Tom McInerney, president of McInerney's Chrysler Jeep.   This community event provides free:

  *  "Super Video-CD" (with audio and visual) of your child.
  *  Home DNA Identification Kit that is easy and lasts through generations.
  *  Child safety Journal which will provide law enforcement officials with
     all the necessary vital information about your child and other
     important facts they need immediately after a child is reported
     missing.

Parents are given all the Child Safety materials and detailed instructions on how to use the DNA identification kit at home. Participants will also receive John Walsh's Child Safety Tips. All information provided at this Child Safety Program is recommended by child safety experts and law enforcement officials.
