Copart, Inc. to Webcast Fourth Quarter Fiscal 2006 Results

FAIRFIELD, Calif.--Sept. 20, 2006--Copart, Inc. announced today that it will release earnings for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2006 after the close of market on Wednesday, October 4, 2006.

On Thursday, October 5, 2006 a conference call will be held at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time (8 a.m. Pacific) to discuss the results and answer questions regarding the company's performance for the fourth quarter ending July 31, 2006.
