IHS to Host Investor Conference October 5

ENGLEWOOD, Colo.--Sept. 18, 2006--On Thursday, October 5, 2006, IHS will host an Investor Day in Denver from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. MDT. The conference will focus on detailed overviews of the IHS business, including both operating segments -- Energy and Engineering -- and will provide investors an opportunity to get 'hands-on' experience with some of the Company's products.

The preliminary agenda includes:
