Chrysler Financial Volunteers to Help Sudie Williams Elementary Students Understand Earning, Spending and Saving Money

WHAT: Sudie Williams Elementary for the past two years has been the Junior Achievement (JA) partner school for the Chrysler Financial Southwest Business Center. Approximately 25 employees on September 15 will bring the JA Dollars and $ense(TM) program to 14 classes at the school. JA Dollars and $ense(TM) teaches students about earning, spending and saving money and businesses they can start or ways to earn money.

Additionally, to celebrate the on-going partnership and as a reward for the students for investing time in learning about smart financing, the business center donated a new playground for the students to enjoy. Sudie Williams (interim) Principal Barbara Upchurch will present a plaque to Susan Caldwell in appreciation of this donation.
