Flextronics to Host Analyst and Investor Meeting

SINGAPORE, Sept. 8 -- Flextronics today announced that it will host an Analyst and Investor Meeting on October 26, 2006 in New York City.

Management presentations will begin at 12:00 p.m. EDT. A live webcast of the presentations will be available at www.flextronics.com. The webcast will be archived on the Company's website following the presentations.
