Titan Signs Five-Year Agreement with Grove

QUINCY, Ill.--Sept. 8, 2006--Titan Tire Corporation and Titan Wheel Corporation of Illinois, subsidiaries of Titan International, Inc. have entered a new five-year wheel and tire supply agreement with Grove U.S. LLC, maker of mobile hydraulic, truck mounted and industrial cranes.

Titan expanded its off-highway tire business with the acquisition of Continental Tire North America's Bryan, Ohio, OTR (off-the-road) facility on July 31, 2006. The company's dealer network includes Titan, Goodyear and Continental/General brands.

Titan International, Inc., a holding company, owns subsidiaries that supply wheels, tires and assemblies for off-highway equipment used in agricultural, earthmoving/construction and consumer (including all terrain vehicles and trailers) applications.
