MILWAUKEE MILE'S GILBERT BROWN DELIVERING SCHOOL SUPPLIES TO M.P.S. 


 

 

MIILWAUKEE (September 6, 2006) - Tomorrow afternoon at 1:00 p.m., Milwaukee
Mile staff, including former Green Bay Packer Gilbert Brown, will be
delivering school supplies to Milwaukee Public Schools, collected as part of
the speedway's "Go The Extra Mile" efforts in conjunction with the August
25-27 Governor's Cup race weekend at The Mile.

 

The Milwaukee Mile will also reveal an initiative that will provide race
tickets as incentives to Milwaukee Public Schools and West Allis Public
School students during the 2006-2007 school year.

 

WHEN:     TOMORROW, THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 7   1:00 p.m.

 

WHERE:   John Burroughs Middle School

              6700 N 80th Street (3 blocks north of Mill Rd. on 80th St)
