E & E Engineering, Inc. and Jomat Industries Merge Ergonomic Material Handling Activities

WARREN, Mich., Sept. 6 -- E & E Engineering, Inc. of Warren, Michigan, and Jomat Industries of Romeo, Michigan, have merged their ergonomic material handling activities.

E & E will be responsible for the marketing and sales of standard and custom-designed ergonomic lift assists, articulating arms, overhead rail systems, jib booms, lift, tilt and rotate tables, torque tubes and related ergonomic equipment. Jomat Industries will design and manufacture standard and custom ergonomic material handling equipment and systems utilizing the latest engineering technology and exclusive Jomat components.
