2006 Peak Antifreeze Indy 300 Fact Sheet

Who: #26 NYSE Dallara/Honda/Firestone driver Marco Andretti
What: Peak Antifreeze Indy 300, Round 14 of the Indy Racing League® IndyCar® Series
Where: Chicagoland Speedway, Joliet, Ill.
When: Sunday, Sept. 10, 2006
Television: ABC Sports, 1:30 p.m. (EDT)

Marco Andretti on the Peak Antifreeze Indy 300:
"The NYSE team has its first win under its belt so hopefully we won't have to wait too long to do it
again. We had a good test at Chicagoland Speedway last week and we'll be looking to apply what we
learned to not only our car, but all four AGR cars this weekend. At our last superspeedway event (Kentucky)
we ran better until we encountered a problem in the closing laps, so hopefully we'll be up to speed right out
of the truck and at the front this weekend."

Marco Andretti Facts
The Peak Antifreeze Indy 300 will represent Andretti's 14th career IndyCar Series start.
Andretti became the youngest driver (19 years, five months, 14 days) to win a major open-wheel race
when he took the checkered flat at Infineon Raceway on August 27.
Andretti has also clinched the 2006 IndyCar Series Bombardier Rookie of the Year award.
He has one victory and four top-five finishes this season (first-Infineon, second-Indianapolis, fourth-
Richmond, fifth-Milwaukee).
Andretti has also recorded seven top-10 finishes this year.
Andretti placed second at the 90th running of the Indianapolis 500 in what was the second-closest
finish in the history of the event.
Andretti stands seventh in the IndyCar Series point standings.
In earning Rookie of the Year honors at Indianapolis, he joined both his father and grandfather in
having earned the honor.
Marco is following in the footsteps of his grandfather Mario, father Michael, uncle Jeff and his second-
cousin John, each of whom have competed in Indy-style racing over the past four decades.
Andretti registered three victories (St. Petersburg, Indianapolis road course and Infineon Raceway),
five top-fives and three pole positions in six starts in the 2005 IRL Indy Pro Series.

Eddie Jones, Race Engineer,
#26 NYSE Dallara/Honda/Firestone, on the Peak Antifreeze Indy 300:
"Chicagoland Speedway is another 1.5-mile high-banked oval that lends itself to two- and three-wide
racing. We had a successful test there with Marco last week. We made some changes to the setup which
gave us some speed that we had been lacking, improved the car over the course of the test and gave Marco
a lot of laps around the track. I certainly feel that we'll be competitive this weekend."
