GE Antares Provides $56.5 Million Senior Credit Facility for Largest National Wholesaler of Powersport Vehicles

CHICAGO--Aug. 31, 2006--GE Antares Capital today announced its role as administrative agent for a $56.5 million senior credit facility to support Transportation Resource Partners ("TRP") in their acquisition of National Powersport Auctions ("NPA"). GE Capital Markets is serving as sole lead arranger for the credit facility.

The financing consists of a $5 million 5-year revolving credit facility, $37.5 million 6-year term loan, and $14.0 million 6.5-year second lien term loan. TRP will use the proceeds of the financing to support the acquisition of NPA, for general corporate purposes and for NPA to implement its business growth strategy.

Headquartered near San Diego, California, National Powersport Auctions is the largest wholesaler of powersport vehicles in the country and has been serving the powersport industry since 1990. The Company sells exclusively to dealers through its monthly auctions featuring all brands of motorcycles, ATVs, personal watercraft, boats, campers, snowmobiles, RVs, and trailers.
