Bill Catania to Make ARCA RE/MAX Series Debut at Toledo in Hantz Group 200

Bill Catania to Make ARCA RE/MAX Series Debut at Toledo in Hantz Group
200

Concord, NC - NASCAR Weekly Racing Series competitor and North East
regional late model competitor Bill Catania will make his ARCA RE/MAX
Series debut in the Hantz Auto Group 200 on September 1st at Toledo
Speedway.

Based out of Westfield, New York, Catania began his racing career at the
age of 17 at Stateline and Eriez Speedways near Jamestown, NY and Erie,
Pennsylvania, where his father, also Bill Catania, is a multi-time
champion. Since 2001, Catania has competed regionally at asphalt tracks
throughout the northeast, including weekly competition at Lake Erie
Speedway and Holland International Speedway. Catania is a previous
Holland Speedway Rookie of the Year, and a Boundy's NASCAR Museum Driver
of the Year - awarded for earning the most combined points between
Holland and Lake Erie Speedways. In 2005, Catania topped the Wyoming
County Speedway Late Model Madness points, earning his first feature
win. One year ago this week, Catania fell one position short from
winning the biggest race of his asphalt racing career during the "Final
Event Ever" at Tioga Motorsports Park - finishing second to past ARCA
RE/MAX competitor and respected fellow late model competitor Jim
Lamoreaux.

"I have worked the past 6 years to bring my career to the next level -
teaming up with Andy Belmont has made it a reality. I have a great deal
of respect for Andy as a driver and team owner and feel very fortunate
to have his guidance as I embark on the next chapter of my racing
career", stated Catania. "Our partnership extends far beyond the Hantz
Group 200, we have some exciting announcements in the coming weeks about
2007 and the future of the team. "My goal for the race is very simple -
first and foremost, make the show. Once we are in the show, I want to
stay out of trouble and get as much seat time as possible. There are
some great veterans to learn from in the ARCA RE/MAX Series, and I am
happy to have one in my corner. I am 100% committed to running the full
tour in 2007, so I want to start off on the right foot"

By day, Catania is a professional marketer at BENSUR :: Creative
Marketing Group in Erie, Pennsylvania. BENSUR is a full service agency,
offering graphic design, web programming, strategic marketing, and
broadcast capabilities. For fifteen years, BENSUR has made a name for
itself in the food marketing industry serving over 45 leading food
manufacturers, as well as a host of leading national and regional
clients.

"BENSUR has done a great job aligning marketing opportunities for 2007 -
I am very optimistic about where this team will be five months from now
as we prepare for the 2007 opener at Daytona and beyond", stated Andy
Belmont. "Bill is a Saturday night racer that is ready to take the next
step, he has proven that he can be competitive in late model racing and
I expect him to be a quick study in the heavier ARCA cars."

Previous to BENSUR, Catania co-founded popular motorsports racing web
site RaceFan.com, and marketing firm RaceFan, Inc. - a company known for
such marketing programs as "The Valvoline Cup" and executing marketing
programs at hundreds of race tracks across the United States. Catania
has also authored several books on motorsports marketing, marketed under
the RaceQuest brand name, which are geared to help racers and promoters
at all levels find and manage racing sponsorship.
