New BRUT Funny Car To Be Unveiled This Friday Night At U.S. Nationals

Ron Capps, Ed McCulloch Team Up In Search Of Drag Racing's Biggest Prize

Ron Capps, the winningest Funny Car driver on the 2006 NHRA POWERade Drag
Racing Series, and his crew chief Ed "the Ace" McCulloch, the winningest
Funny Car driver in the 52-year history of the drag racing's biggest race,
the Mac Tools U.S. Nationals, will unveil their latest creation Friday night
(Sept. 1) at O'Reilly Raceway Park at Indianapolis.

Capps, a five-time race champion in 2006, is seeking his first U.S.
Nationals title and the new BRUT Dodge Charger from Don Schumacher Racing
could take him to the coveted crown.

McCulloch, a five-time winner in Funny Car at Indy, handles the wrenches for
Capps' 330-mile per hour nitro-burning, front-engine missle and "the Ace"
expects the new machine to be primed for a U.S. Nationals title.

The latest BRUT Funny Car will be unveiled during the first round of Funny

available for interviews earlier in the day and following the inaugural
