UAW President Ron Gettelfinger to Address the Detroit Economic Club on September 7, 2006

DETROIT, Aug. 29, 2006 -- On Thursday, September 7, 2006, the Detroit Economic Club (DEC) is pleased to welcome Ron Gettelfinger, president of the International Union, UAW, to the podium. The meeting will be held at noon at The Masonic in Detroit, MI.

Ron Gettelfinger was elected to a second term as president of the UAW on June 14, 2006. The International Union, United Automobile, Aerospace and Agricultural Implement Workers of America (UAW) is one of the largest and most diverse unions in North America.
