Leoni Motor Express Partners with Andy Belmont for Remainder of 2006 ARCA RE/MAX Tour Chicago Heights, IL. - Leoni Motor Express, a freight company in business since 1930 has agreed to sponsor Andy Belmont on the ARCA RE/MAX Series tour for the balance of the 2006 season.
