Dealers Embrace RouteOne System Changes
More than 120 enhancements made to web-based credit application management system
FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich., Aug. 23 -- RouteOne LLC announced today that it has significantly enhanced its web-based credit application management system, based upon feedback solicited from its dealer customers. The changes further streamline RouteOne's already efficient application, reducing data entry time and improving the application submission process to the integrated lenders on the RouteOne platform. In all, more than 120 improvements were made to the credit application and credit bureau pages.
"Dealers told us what was important to them, and we responded," said Mike Jurecki, RouteOne CEO. "Who better to provide input into a product than the users who rely on it? We've taken our dealers' feedback and incorporated it directly into the application, resulting in a faster, more efficient processing tool for dealers and consumers. We thank all of them for their support on this project and plan to continue earning their business one application at a time by providing the best tools in the business."
Dealers are pleased with the improvements. "RouteOne has always valued dealer input. Rather than telling us what we need, they ask -- and then respond. It has really made a difference in the end product," said Scott Renfro, Sales Manager, South Coast Toyota, Costa Mesa, Calif. "Their application is even more efficient than before. Plus, the fact that RouteOne provides access to our captive and all our non-captive finance sources drives us to use the system to process 100 percent of our credit applications," he said.
Currently, RouteOne has 120 lenders under contract, including both captive and non-captive finance sources, which represents more than a 100 percent increase in the last 12 months. It is the only system that provides direct access to the top four captive lenders and their ten affiliates, in addition to more than 100 other non-captive lenders, all within a single desktop.
