PROFormance Technologies Acquires PROFormance Powertrain Products From Aftermarket Technology Corp.

Business Is a Leading Producer of OE Quality Remanufactured Engines

SPRINGFIELD, Mo., Aug. 23 -- PROFormance Technologies, LLC has announced the acquisition of Aftermarket Technology Corporation's Independent Aftermarket PROFormance Powertrain Products-branded engine business.

PROFormance Technologies is a leading remanufacturer of OE quality engines made to the same specifications demanded by the big three automakers. The extensive product line is produced from its ISO/TS 16949:2002 certified facility and provides more than 18,000 engine applications from 1965-2005. National distribution is facilitated through multiple, strategically located, distribution facilities across the country providing more than 97% coverage and delivery within 48 hours.
