CCC Pathways(R) Users Laud National User Training Sessions
CHICAGO, Aug. 22, 2006 -- Since its inception 18 months ago, the responses from people participating in CCC Information Services Inc.'s one-day CCC Pathways(R) Estimating Solution training sessions at CompUSA(R) training centers remain overwhelmingly positive. Reaching more than 1,400 customers to date, the CCC Regional Account Manager-led sessions are available at the more than 150 CompUSA(R) training centers throughout the nation.
According to Jodie Bonner of JM Lexus, in Deerfield Beach, Fla., both the session and the instructor provided her with new skills she has communicated with her co-workers. "I have been writing estimates for a few years now," said Bonner. "I have never been to a class that had so many interesting and useful hints."
There are two levels of classroom training currently available to CCC Pathways users. The CCC Pathways New User Classroom Training session is designed for new CCC Pathways users, or those looking to increase their knowledge base. The session covers: creating estimates and supplements, utilizing parts and MOTOR(R) databases, digital imaging, connecting to CCC's EZNet(R) communication network and CCC Pathways maintenance. Attendees earn 12 Automotive Management Institute (AMI) credits.
CCC Pathways Advanced User Classroom Training is for users with three months (or more) of CCC Pathways experience, and covers: advanced estimating functions, understanding workfile and estimate statuses, parts tracking and reconciliation, EZNet communications and correspondence and reporting. Attendees earn 14 AMI credits.
