IT  ALL COMES DOWN TO MEMPHIS… 
Moorpark,  Calif. - (August 16, 2006) Only  one race remains in determining 
the field for the 2006 Ringers Gloves Pro Bike  Battle to be held at the 
prestigious 52nd annual Mac Tools U.S.  Nationals at O’Reilly Raceway Park at 
Indianapolis in on Saturday, September  2. 
The riders head to Memphis Motorsports Park in Millington, Tenn., this 
weekend, some in hopes of cracking  the top eight for their chance at the $25,000 
paycheck the Ringers Gloves Pro  Bike Battle awards. 
As of today, last year’s Battle champion GT Tonglet  sits 11th in points, 240 
points behind eighth-place Tom  Bradford.  G-Squared  Motorsports/Star Racing 
rider Chip Ellis leads the crew with 2,210 points, with  reigning POWERade 
Pro Stock Motorcycle champion Andrew Hines only 15 points  behind him.

Riders accumulate points  during their 15-race NHRA POWERade Drag Racing 
regular season.  The top eight with the most points move  onto vie for the 2006 
Ringers Gloves Pro Bike Battle champion bragging rights,  held at the Mac Tools 
U.S. Nationals in Indianapolis. 
The Ringers Gloves Pro Bike Battle  winner will take home a cash prize of 
$25,000 and a commemorative trophy, while  the runner-up collects $10,000.  The  
two semi-finalists will each receive $6,000 each and the four first round  
finalists, $3,500 each.
