The riders head to Memphis Motorsports Park in Millington, Tenn., this weekend, some in hopes of cracking the top eight for their chance at the $25,000 paycheck the Ringers Gloves Pro Bike Battle awards. As of today, last year’s Battle champion GT Tonglet sits 11th in points, 240 points behind eighth-place Tom Bradford. G-Squared Motorsports/Star Racing rider Chip Ellis leads the crew with 2,210 points, with reigning POWERade Pro Stock Motorcycle champion Andrew Hines only 15 points behind him. 1. The Ringers Gloves Pro Bike Battle winner will take home a cash prize of $25,000 and a commemorative trophy, while the runner-up collects $10,000. The two semi-finalists will each receive $6,000 each and the four first round finalists, $3,500 each.
