TMB Industries Names President at DynAmerica Manufacturing; Managing Director of TMB Named to Position
CHICAGO--Aug. 16, 2006--TMB Industries ("TMB") has named TMB Managing Director, Kelly L. Bodway, to the position of President at DynAmerica Manufacturing ("DynAmerica"). Marion Estes will remain as Chief Operating Officer at DynAmerica and report directly to Kelly.In his announcement, Mr. Thomas M. Begel, Chairman of TMB said, "Kelly Bodway has played an integral role in the management and resulting successes of many of our business units. This move will allow Kelly to bring to DynAmerica a significant depth of knowledge in many areas including manufacturing, purchasing and supply chain management. Combined with the company's unique abilities in specialized tool design and vertically integrated manufacturing, DynAmerica will be well-positioned to achieve its strategic goals of both market expansion and increased production efficiency."
DynAmerica, a niche supplier to OEMs in the automotive and industrial markets, produces a wide range of tight-tolerance products using ferrous, non-ferrous and stainless steel materials. DynAmerica's range of capabilities provides customers with a cost-efficient, high-volume resource for complex parts including seat belt buckles, brackets, motor housings and brake parts.
