Card Game Guarantees Engagement
of Programs and Auto Commercials

Mount Laurel, NJ - On August 6, 2006, football fans participated in a  
product launch of the Patent Pending Tempt Destiny™ football card  
game during the televised Oakland vs. Philadelphia football game. The  
event publicly demonstrated the capacity of the Tempt Destiny™  
football card game, developed by Maveric Inc. of Mount Laurel, NJ, to  
compel and thereby guarantee audience interaction and engagement of  
both the football game and commercials being aired.  By including  
commercial cards along with the event cards of the football game,  
fans are able to play the entire broadcast sporting event,  
uninterrupted. The success of this event confirmed focus group  
testing results that showed participants willingness to watch and  
interact with commercials as part of their broadcast entertainment.

Maveric Inc. is making arrangements with TV Networks and advertisers  
to be featured in corresponding commercial categories of the Tempt  
Destiny™ commercial cards in order to augment and enhance  
advertiser’s investment. The Tempt Destiny™ commercial categories to  
date are: Domestic Auto, Foreign Auto, Credit Card, .Com, Insurance,  
TV Network, Telecom, Food, Soft Drink, Beer, Shipping, Retail Store.  
After release, registered owners of the Tempt Destiny™ game will be  
able to log-in at PlayTD.com each time they play in order to qualify  
for advertiser specials, and or premium incentives.

The Patent Pending Tempt Destiny™ game method, which is not limited  
to card game applications, interacts with the entire broadcast event  
regardless of topic or genre. Currently, additional Tempt Destiny™  
game versions are under development to include such sports as Car  
Racing, Baseball, Basketball, Hockey, and Soccer. Tentative dates  
have been arranged with ESPN Zone to debut the Car Racing version of  
the Tempt Destiny™ game in New York City during one of their NASCAR  
events (details to be announced).

The Tempt Destiny™ card game can be played from ages eight on up with  
or without extensive knowledge of the sport. It can be played with up  
to ten players per game and includes both English and Spanish How-to- 
Play directions and rules. The scheduled November 2006 product  
release, will consists of three sets of plastic coated poker size  
card decks with the suggested retail price of $8.95. Online
