Sense Technologies, Inc. Signs Alliance with Manufacturer's Rep FNI for Sale of ScopeOut(R) Mirror System to Auto Dealerships in North Carolina

PHOENIX--Aug. 14, 2006--Sense Technologies, Inc. (OTC BB: SNSG) has taken the first steps to create a national marketing network for the company's safety products by signing a manufacturer's rep agreement with FNI Incorporated of North Carolina. With a sales network of 200 automotive dealerships throughout the state of North Carolina, FNI Incorporated, www.myfni.com, will sell ScopeOut(R) to automotive accounts that have the capacity to sell, service and install ScopeOut(R) on site. FNI Incorporated is one of the first manufacturer rep/service companies to offer the ScopeOut(R) mirror and other Sense safety products. Sense has plans to bring on additional manufacturer's reps in territories throughout the U.S.

Bruce Schreiner, president of Sense Technologies, Inc., stated, "The best and most efficient way to build a national distribution system is to utilize the system already in place for other products. These manufacturer rep companies will be one the cornerstones of the Sense national marketing foundation and will provide the company with continuing sales and customer feedback from the dealer network."

ScopeOut(R) is an aerodynamic safety mirror for vehicles that gives drivers greater visibility when reversing or changing lanes in traffic. Mounted on the trunk of an automobile or back interior windows of an SUV, minivan or like vehicle, ScopeOut(R) was created to offer an affordable solution to eliminating blind spots.

To assist dealerships in teaching the public about backing awareness Sense Technologies will be offering a proprietary safety program, Back-Over Safety Society (BOSS), that provides training and materials to inform customers about risk factors and best practices with regard to safe reversing, especially in parking lots and driveways. According to KIDS AND CARS, www.KidsAndCars.org, a leading safety advocacy organization, more than 2,500 children, mostly under the age of 4, are injured by reversing automobiles each year. Of those, some 100 children will likely lose their lives as a result of these tragedies. In 70 percent of the cases when a young child is hit, either a parent or close relative is behind the wheel. Seniors over the age of 65 are the second highest risk group for having fatal incidences with reversing vehicles. With proper awareness and affordable technologies, safety advocates believe that many of these tragedies can be averted.

FNI stated, "ScopeOut(R) offers dealerships an effective, affordable product to help them take a leadership stand when it comes to back-over safety. Pre-loading ScopeOut(R) on vehicles in North Carolina is going to have a beneficial effect that will ultimately make our communities and roadways safer for all."

ScopeOut(R) is available to dealers in North Carolina through FNI Incorporated, 3200 Beechleaf Court, Suite 100, Raleigh, NC 27604; 866-585-9596.
