BimmerWorld Heads To The Mile High City For CENTRIX Financial Grand
Prix of Denver

The SPEED World Challenge Series Touring Cars will take to the
streets of Denver this weekend as part of the CENTRIX Financial Grand
Prix of Denver. Never a team to back down from a good street fight,
the BimmerWorld crew will draw on last years experience to leverage
the most from their new BMW 325i E90 race cars and to bring them to
the front.

"Denver was a front wheel drive course last year," note BimmerWorld
team owner and driver of the #36 BimmerWorld Racing BMW 325i, James
Clay. "I feel we have an opportunity to can change that this season.
What is also important though, is our three strongest races are all
coming up: Road America, Mosport, and Road Atlanta - we need to have
a good clean weekend on the street circuit so the cars will be 100%
when we roll into Wisconsin the following week."

The team had a strong showing the last time the series made the
Denver stop. Using last year's data and this year's new E90s, Clay
feels improvement is the only option.

"I ran in the top-10 at Denver last year," recollected Clay. "I think
this year, with the new car, I should be looking at a top-5 finish.
Having addressed what I view as the most obvious failure issues on
the new E90, I'm confident we should have a reliable and fast package."

Clay will be joined by Seth Thomas driving the #38 BimmerWorld Racing
BMW 325i. Thomas also returns to Denver having enjoyed a top-10
finish in 2005.

"No doubt Denver is going to be a hard fought weekend," added Thomas.
"We are still working with getting more from the new E90s. Having to
do that at a street course is an additional challenge for us. Street
courses throw in a degree of the unknown and you can pretty much
count on caution periods. Either way though, Denver is a great venue
and I can't wait to see what Sunday holds for us!"

The Denver race is a Touring Car only event for the World Challenge
Series, with the GT cars returning August 18th for Round 7 at Road
America.
