(Aug. 12, 2006) - Team 7-Eleven driver Tony Kanaan recorded a speed of 216.766 miles per hour (24.5795 seconds) around the 1.5-mile Kentucky Speedway and will start from the fourth position in the #11 Team 7-Eleven Dallara/Honda/Firestone for Sunday afternoon's running of the Meijer Indy 300. The 12th event of the 2006 IndyCar Series season is set to go green at 3:45 p.m. (EDT) Sunday with ABC Sports providing live broadcast coverage of the 200-lap event beginning at 3:30 p.m. (EDT). The race may also be heard on XM Satellite Radio on XM channel 145.
