(Aug. 12, 2006) - Bryan Herta, driver of the #7 XM Satellite Radio entry, qualified 13th for the Meijer Indy 300 at Kentucky Speedway. Herta, whose best finish at the track was a third-place result in 2003, posted a best-lap speed of 214.989 miles per hour (24.7827 seconds) during his qualifying attempt. The 12th of 14 IndyCar Series events will be broadcast live by ABC Sports beginning at 3:30 p.m. (EDT). The entire IndyCar Series schedule is also carried live on XM Satellite Radio channel 145, the exclusive home of the IndyCar Series.
