Checkers(R)/Rally's(R) Will Have It Their Way at The Brickyard

Official Drive-Thru of NASCAR(R) To Sponsor Mike Skinner's Dodge(R) Charger

SPEEDWAY, Ind., Aug. 6 -- As the Official Burger of both NASCAR(R) and the Allstate 400(R) at the Brickyard(R), Checkers(R)/Rally's(R) has stepped up to be the primary sponsor on Mike Skinner's No. 37 Dodge(R) Charger for Sunday's 400-mile race at the historic Indianapolis Motor Speedway.

Skinner's R&J Racing entry qualified 17th in Saturday's time trials. The effort was the fastest among teams that needed to qualify on time.

"It's really exciting that we're carrying the colors of the Official Burger of the Allstate 400 at the Brickyard," said team owner Roger Craven. "We have a veteran driver in Mike and plan on giving Checkers/Rally's plenty of coverage in one of NASCAR's biggest races of the season."

Sunday's NEXTEL Cup race will mark the first start for the No. 37 team in the Allstate 400 at the Brickyard. R&J Racing, owned by Craven and John Carter, is currently in its third season of Cup racing.
