Brown and McKenna Truck Center team up for the 360 Nationals and 46th Annual
Knoxville Nationals.

 

8/3/2006 (Des Moines, IA) For Blackjack Brian Brown, this is the time of
year that gets his heart racing and his blood pumping.  There is no other
time for a sprint car driver than the first two weeks in August at
Knoxville, IA.

This year when the pilot of the Doogs Maxim #21 hits the track he will have
a new partner on board, McKenna Truck Center of Des Moines, IA, who is
coming on as a marketing partner

McKenna Truck Center. "WE also LIKE TO SUPPORT IOWA EVENTS."

 

Brown currently leads the weekly points standings at Knoxville in the 410
sprint car division. Ever since the disappointing engine failure at last
year's Knoxville Nationals, Brown and his owners the Doogs have been
preparing for what they hope is a win in the biggest race of the year. Brown
is one of the favorites to not only make the "A" main on Saturday night but
just might take home the $140,000 top prize as well.

 

"I am really excited about my chances." Said Brown. "Having a company like
McKenna Truck Center come on board is big boost for us.  They will have a
new Volvo 880 Heavy Duty Highway Tractor on display at the track.  I think
we have a good shot this year, we just need a bit of luck and we will be
there Saturday night."
