NeoSynergy Receives an Investment From Lithia Motors to Accelerate Bringing Darwin Business Suite to Auto Dealers Worldwide; Lithia Takes a Seat On the NeoSynergy Board of Directors

WELLINGTON, Fla., Aug. 3, 2006 -- NeoSynergy LLC, an enterprise automotive retail software development and service company announced today that Lithia Motors, Inc. , the country's eighth-largest automotive dealership group, has made an investment in NeoSynergy and has a seat on its Board of Directors.
