Amerityre Management to Present at JPMorgan Harbour Auto Conference, August 8th

BOULDER CITY, Nev., Aug. 3, 2006 -- Amerityre Corporation announced today that the Company's Executive Vice President and General Counsel, Elliott N. Taylor, will present at the Ninth Annual JPMorgan Harbour Auto Conference on Tuesday, August 8, 2006, at 9:40 a.m., Eastern Time.

The August 7-9 industry conference is being held at the Ritz-Carlton, Dearborn, Michigan. Admittance to the conference is by invitation only.

A live webcast of Amerityre's presentation will be available by logging on to http://equityconferences.jpmorgan.com/ and selecting the "JPMorgan Harbour Auto Conference" webcast link.
