DealerTrack Completes DealerWare Acquisition

LAKE SUCCESS, N.Y., Aug. 1, 2006 -- DealerTrack Holdings, Inc. today announced that it has acquired substantially all of the assets and certain liabilities of DealerWare, L.L.C. DealerWare, based in Marion, Illinois, is a provider of automotive menu-selling and other dealership software.
