DMS Leader AutoSoft Launches Customer Support Newsletter
WEST MIDDLESEX, Pa.--Aug. 1, 2006--Dealer management system (DMS) consultants note that many times auto dealers simply aren't aware of all the productivity tools available to them that are built into their DMS.When dealers know about these tools and put them to use they are better able to cut dealership expenses and increase revenue opportunities throughout their store.
To help its dealers get the most value out of their DMS, AutoSoft International, the third-largest DMS provider to new-car dealers, has launched an eight-page newsletter to promote dealership best practices with its customers and other interested dealers.
"As hands-on as many dealers are, many simply are not aware of all the capabilities and functionalities that today's DMS offer them. Our new best practices newsletter is written to help AutoSoft users cut costs and increase revenue throughout their stores," said AutoSoft COO Charlie Prophet.
The AutoSoft newsletter, AutoSoft DMS News, also features "how-to" articles written by some of the more recognized consultants to the industry. Other content includes industry roundups, product news from AutoSoft, pages of AutoSoft DMS technical support in a highly readable Question-Answer format, and other information to help dealers using the AutoSoft DMS get more value from the system.
The newsletter's content has application to dealers using others' DMS products, and it is available to them via PDF download by contacting lemanBIZwriter@comcast.net.
