Piston Group Names President and CEO

DETROIT, July 31 -- Piston Group LLC today announced Steven L. Hayworth as President and CEO effective immediately. Hayworth was formerly President, Global Seating Systems Division for Lear Corporation.

"We are extremely pleased to have Steven Hayworth join us as President and CEO. He brings customer-focused leadership experience in business development and operations management that we will leverage on behalf of our customer base," said Piston Group Chairman Vinnie Johnson. "Steve will be a tremendous asset to Piston Group as we focus on the strategic growth of our business."

Hayworth's twenty-year Lear career also includes roles as Plant Manager, Corporate Quality Director, Vice President and General Manager of Ford Passenger Car Operations, and Vice President of Global Purchasing.
