Chrysler Financial Partnership with National Urban League Announced

WHAT: Chrysler Financial supports the National Urban League's financial literacy program titled Know Your Money. The program is designed to change attitudes about money and create lasting change with regard to money management practices.

The program was developed in response to extensive research among minority business leaders, community activists, media and other professionals who identified financial education as a leading community issue. In particular, the research noted that despite their growing affluence, young adults (21 - 35) lacked the money management skills needed to help secure their financial futures, and that of their communities. By helping to build the financial knowledge of young adults today, the Know Your Money program helps to improve the future financial condition of the African-American community as a whole.
