Johnson Controls Announces Quarterly Dividend

MILWAUKEE, July 26 -- The Directors of Johnson Controls, Inc. (JCI) today authorized a regular quarterly cash dividend of $.28 per common share. The dividend is payable September 29, 2006 to shareholders of record September 13, 2006.
