TAC Worldwide Automotive Unit Acquires Staffing Assets of Troy Design; Purchase Continues Expansion of TAC's Footprint Within Auto Industry Sector

DETROIT--July 25, 2006--TAC's Automotive Unit, dedicated to exclusively serving the automotive industries in the U.S. and United Kingdom, has acquired the staffing assets of Troy Design, Inc. The acquisition of the 29 year-old Troy, Michigan based staffing firm provides TAC an extensive footprint at several Tier 1 Automotive clients including DaimlerChrysler and Delphi Corporation. The acquisition greatly expands TAC's IT and engineering staffing capabilities in Detroit's automotive industry.

The technical staffing assets of Troy Design represent about two-thirds of its 2005 revenue. TAC Automotive acquired all the assets related to Troy Design's automotive industry staffing services. TAC also retained all customer facing employees, including recruiters and account executives. Troy Design will retain its spot buy and manufacturing staffing business clients.

This acquisition comes at a time when many domestic automakers are under pressure to reduce operating costs and streamline operations. In fact, many have reduced the number of their smaller preferred suppliers. TAC will integrate the Troy Design business into its current operations and existing infrastructure.
