Herta to Start Ninth at Milwaukee in XM Satellite Radio
Car
WEST ALLIS, Wis. (July 22, 2006) - Bryan Herta, driver of the #7 XM Satellite Radio
machine, will start ninth on the starting grid for Sunday's running of the ABC Supply Co./A.J. Foyt Indy
225 at The Milwaukee Mile. Herta posted a best-lap speed of 169.990 miles per hour (21.4954
seconds) during his qualifying attempt at the famed 1-mile oval.
ESPN will provide live broadcast coverage of Sunday's 225-lap event beginning at 1:30 p.m.
(EDT). The entire 14-race IndyCar Series schedule is also carried live on XM Satellite Radio channel
145, the exclusive home of the IndyCar Series.
Bryan Herta, #7 XM Satellite Radio Dallara/Honda/Firestone:
"I had a problem on my first qualifying lap. I had to lift in Turn 2, that's why there was such a
big difference between my first and second laps. The second lap was far more representative of what
the XM Satellite Radio car is capable of doing. Milwaukee is a great track that really challenges us.
I'm looking forward to the race tomorrow."
