Students Join Schuck's/CSK Racing Team and King County Sheriff's Office Friday at Pacific Raceways to Learn about the Dangers of Street Racing in Conjunction with NHRA Nationals

What:

Friday (July 21) Schuck's/CSK Racing Team drivers Del Worsham and
Phil Burkart Jr. and representatives from the King County Sheriff's
Office will speak to 50 young drivers at Pacific Raceway during the
NHRA Nationals opening qualifying session. The young drivers will see
and experience professional drag racing in a safe and controlled
environment with Worsham, Burkart and the Schuck's/CSK Racing Team.

A presentation by the King County Sheriff's Office and Del Worsham
will take place prior to the first round of qualifying for Friday's
event at Pacific Raceways.

When:

Friday, July 21, 2006 -- Luncheon at 11:30 a.m.; presentation at 
1:00 p.m. Interviews, cars on track, b-roll at 1:30 p.m.

DIRECTIONS: From I-5 at Federal Way take the SR 18 exit toward Auburn. Go past Auburn and take the exit for SE 304th/SE 312th (a sign about 1/4 mile before the next exit will also identify it as Green River Community College/Pacific Raceways). At the end of the exit ramp, turn left; at the next opportunity, turn right. Proceed on the track access road.

All representatives of the media may gain entry to Pacific Raceways event by presenting their media organization's press credentials at the main ticket gate.
