Andretti Green Racing To Partner with Acura
for 2007 Season in American Le Mans Series

PORTLAND, Ore. (July 20, 2006) - Andretti Green Racing, the two-time defending IndyCar
Series champions and winner of the 2005 Indianapolis 500, announced today it will join forces with
Acura as part of a three-team effort in the 2007 American Le Mans Series (ALMS).

Andretti Green co-owner Kim Green made the announcement along with officials from Honda
Performance Development, Inc. (HPD) and the other two teams involved.

Andretti Green Racing, Highcroft Racing Ltd. and Fernandez Racing will field Acura-powered
LMP2 prototypes next season while competing against full factory and manufacturer-supported efforts
from Audi, Porsche and Mazda, and a variety of independent teams. Andretti Green and Highcroft
Racing will run Acura-Courage LC75 while Fernandez will campaign an Acura-powered Lola B07/40.

XM Satellite Radio, which has been affiliated with Andretti Green Racing since 2004, will
support Andretti Green's move into ALMS. The drivers involved in the team's effort will be
announced at a later date.

Andretti Green Racing, which is owned by Green and his partners Michael Andretti and
Kevin Savoree, currently fields four full-time entries in the IndyCar Series for drivers Marco Andretti,
Dario Franchitti, Bryan Herta and Tony Kanaan. Michael Andretti joined the lineup for the 2006
Indianapolis 500 as the team placed five cars in the field of the 33.

Testing of the Acura LMP2 entries will begin next month, with the American Le Mans
competition debut taking place next March at the 12 Hours of Sebring.

Michael Andretti, Chief Executive Officer, Andretti Green Racing:
"We're very excited to be expanding our operation and our relationship with Honda
Performance Development by way of the Acura program. We believe this will provide valuable depth
and diversity to our racing operation and should help us continue to be successful for many more
years."

Kim Green, President, Andretti Green Racing:
"Our ownership group at Andretti Green has a relationship with HPD that goes back to the
mid-1990s, so we're thrilled to be able to expand that relationship and grow with them. HPD has
proven its desire to win and to provide a world-class racing platform for its teams, and we are
confident the 2007 Acura ALMS program will be more of the same."

Kevin Savoree, Chief Operation Officer, Vice President Finance, Andretti Green Racing:
"Although Andretti Green is a relatively young company, we have a strong understanding of
the importance of diversifying our business model and expanding where we see an opportunity. Our
core business has always been competing in the IndyCar Series, but we have successfully launched
Andretti Green Promotions through the Honda Grand Prix of St. Petersburg and feel very positive
about growing our relationship with HPD and with our partners at Acura through the American Le
Mans Series."
