EVI Completes Work for Titan America and Trimble Navigation, Ltd.; New Agreement with MicroTRAK, Inc. Furthers EVI's Nationwide Expansion
BREMERTON, Wash.--July 18, 2006--Emergency Vehicle Installation, Inc. ("EVI"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of GHL Technologies, Inc. (Pink Sheets:GHLT) specializing in third party installation of GPS/telematics systems in commercial and government fleet vehicles, announced today that it has completed its assignments for Titan America and Trimble Navigation, Ltd.EVI installed dozens of GPS/telematics global positioning devices on a portion of Titan America's Florida fleet beginning this past February through this month. EVI also completed its sales and installation agreement with Trimble Navigation, whereby EVI provided sales, installation and maintenance for Trimble's Mobile Solutions line in selected U.S. markets.
In lieu of its third-party vendor agreement with Trimble, EVI recently announced that it has secured a partnership agreement with MicroTRAK, Inc. (Pink Sheets:MIOK) to provide nationwide installation and maintenance for MicroTRAK's full line of GPS/telematics products. MicroTRAK is a leading U.S. manufacturer and supplier of innovative aftermarket telematics products, as well as the leader in meeting specialized market needs through software and rapid prototyping.

The GPS/telematics marketplace is expected to grow at a rate of nearly 25 percent through 2007 and more rapidly beginning in 2008 as the next wave of GPS/telematics technology is made available via new satellite launches.
