CRA SPRINTS RESUME SATURDAY AT PERRIS

 

 

            The 2006 USAC/CRA Sprint Car Series resumes this Saturday at Perris (Calif.) Auto Speedway and Damion Gardner trails point leader Cory Kruseman by 17 points with 74 available.

 

            The Perris oval has become unpredictable this season with eight of the "top-10" in the series standings recording feature wins on the 1/2-mile dirt track.

 

            The most recent winners, Gardner and Tony Jones, are the only repeat winners in 10 outings at The PAS this year.

 

            Danny Sheridan and David Cardey will be the two "top-10" point drivers seeking their initial Perris triumph in Saturday night's 30-lap main event.
