TULSA, Okla., July 13 -- Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group, Inc. will announce second quarter 2006 financial results prior to market open on Tuesday, July 25, 2006.

A conference call to review the Company's second quarter 2006 results will be held at 10:00 a.m. central time, on Tuesday, July 25, 2006.
