Armor Holdings, Inc. to Host a Conference Call on July 20, 2006, To Discuss Second Quarter Earnings

JACKSONVILLE, Fla., July 13 -- Armor Holdings, Inc. , a leading manufacturer and distributor of safety and survivability systems, tactical wheeled vehicles and vehicle armor systems serving military, law enforcement, homeland security and commercial markets, announced today that it will release 2006 second quarter earnings on Thursday, July 20, 2006, after the close of the market. The Company will also host its regularly scheduled earnings conference call at 5:00 p.m. (eastern) on July 20th.
