LIVONIA, Mich., July 12 -- TRW Automotive Holdings Corp. announced today that it plans to release its second-quarter 2006 financial results at 7:00 a.m. (EDT) on Wednesday, August 2, 2006, followed by a conference call at 9:00 a.m. During the call, John C. Plant, president and chief executive officer, and Joseph S. Cantie, executive vice president and chief financial officer, will discuss the Company's second quarter financial results and other related matters.
