Noble Financial Plans for ``Victory'' at Race-Themed Conference

CHARLOTTE, N.C.--July 11, 2006--Noble Financial, a boutique equity research firm headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida, announced today it will be holding its annual small and micro-cap equity conference at the Lowe's Motor Speedway and the Ballantyne Resort in Charlotte, NC on September 26 - 28. One of the planned events at the race-themed conference, "ONTRACK 2006", is a center-track BBQ featuring a race event in support of the Victory Junction Gang Camp. The camp, located just outside of Charlotte, enriches the lives of children with serious illnesses and chronic medical conditions through horseback riding, boating, fishing and NASCAR-related programs.

"Our conference will bring together close to 100 executive teams from public companies across the United States, as well as hundreds of investment professionals," said Mark Pinvidic, Noble Financial Managing Director. "Our attendees are successful, compassionate and generous business people and I'm very bullish on the amount we'll be able to raise for, what I believe, is one the most incredible places on earth for kids with illnesses." And generosity, for one lucky participant, will be handsomely rewarded.

Noble Financial has been working closely with The Richard Petty Driving Experience organization and has arranged to decorate - NASCAR style - an authentic racecar for the conference. In addition to the participating companies be represented through their logos on the car, a drawing will be held at the BBQ for the opportunity to drive the car, on a real race track, really fast. Under the lights of the Speedway, the winner will circle the track for 30 laps at up to 185mph, first as a follower and then taking the lead. Considering the winner of the drive-experience will likely be a novice, racing icon Richard Petty and current Nextel Cup driver and Richard's son, Kyle Petty, will be at the BBQ to provide driving instruction, coaching and encouragement. Actor Paul Newman, co-founder of the camp along with Pattie Petty, has also been invited to attend the event.

The race event will occur on the second evening of the three-day conference. Led by an authentic pace-car, participants will leave the Ballantyne Resort in a procession of luxury coaches destined for the NASCAR Garage in the middle of the Lowe's Motor Speedway. Following key note addresses, and before any cocktails are served, Richard Petty will draw the name of the winning executive who will soon climb through the window of the racecar for the experience of a lifetime. Although the 160,000-plus seats of the Speedway will be mostly vacant, Noble Financial expects close to 400 cheering on the driver before returning to the pits. Proceeds from the decaling of the car and the sale of individual raffle tickets will be in support of the Victory Junction Gang Camp.

The camp operates solely on the donations of individuals, foundations and companies. "Corporate America sometimes gets a bad rap," said Jennifer Wade, Director of Partnership Development for the camp. "And here you have a company like Noble Financial, representing the hundreds of companies that will be in Charlotte for the ONTRACK conference, approaching us and offering support without our asking. "I think people would be surprised how involved and caring a lot of these corporate executives are," she said. "While they are here, I hope a lot of them can come and see where their money is going and see the smiles on the faces of the beneficiaries."

The Victory Junction Gang camp is a year-round facility serving children, age 7 to 15. Each summer, children suffering from similar medical conditions including heart, lung and kidney disease, spina bifida, HIV, cancer, burn survivors, neurological disorders, and a host of others, gather to kick back, relax and have some fun.
