NextEnergy Appoints Dan Radomski as Director, Market Development
Radomski brings extensive alternative energy manufacturing expertise to NextEnergy
DETROIT, July 10 -- NextEnergy, Detroit's alternative energy R&D incubator, amplifies its potential industry impact by appointing Dan Radomski as director of market development. In this role, Radomski is responsible for developing and executing NextEnergy's marketing communications activities and overseeing NextEnergy's partnerships with Michigan's economic development agencies, including the establishment of supplier working groups, workshops and related events.
Prior to joining NextEnergy, Radomski spent more than 11 years at the Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME) where he most recently served as sales manager & product development manager for alternative energy and emerging technologies. Radomski interfaced with alternative energy technology providers nationwide to aid in accelerating their manufacturing capability. Radomski also managed the relationship with an advisory committee that had a direct interest in incorporating advanced energy technologies into future product designs.

Radomski is an active member of the SME's Advanced Energy Technology Advisory Committee, serves as the co-chair of Michigan's Wind Manufacturing Group, and co-authored SME's video/DVD Manufacturing Alternative Energy Systems. He also has played a supportive role with the National Center for Manufacturing Sciences Hydrogen Fuel Cell Manufacturing R&D Collaboration Projects and the DOE/NREL Fuel Cell Manufacturing Roadmap. Radomski earned his Bachelor of Arts in advertising from Michigan State University.
