Teradyne to Announce Second Quarter 2006 Results

BOSTON--July 6, 2006--Teradyne, Inc. will release results for the Second Quarter 2006 on Wednesday, July 19, 2006 following the close of markets, at 6:30 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) or later.

A conference call to discuss Second Quarter 2006 results, along with management's outlook, will follow at 10:00 a.m. EDT, Thursday, July 20, 2006.
