SiriCOMM Appoints Bill Graham Chief Executive Officer

Brings over 30 years of transportation experience to the Company

JOPLIN, Mo., July 6 -- SiriCOMM, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: SIRC) today announced that William W. Graham has been named as the Company's President and Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Mr. Graham succeeds Hank Hoffman, who will continue to serve as Chairman of the Board.

Mr. Graham brings over 30 years of experience in all facets of the transportation industry. Most recently Mr. Graham oversaw operations at the Classic Card Company which he and his wife owned beginning in 2001. Previously, Mr. Graham held senior management positions at several railroad and trucking companies. From 1995 to 1999, Mr. Graham was Senior Vice President Marketing and Sales of Kansas City Southern Railway where he oversaw five business units as well as customer service. From 1984 to 1995, Mr. Graham held various management positions at Yellow Freight System (now YRC Worldwide) with his last position being Vice President, Transportation and Operations Services. At Yellow, Mr. Graham was involved in the expansion and growth of the company following the deregulation of the trucking industry. Mr. Graham started his transportation career with the Santa Fe Railway. Mr. Graham received a BS from Millikin University, and a MBA from the University of Missouri at Kansas City.
